My mom, Annette, has been in the business for as long as I can remember, and she used to take me everywhere—showings, open houses, you name it. She followed in my grandpa’s footsteps, and now I’ve proudly followed in hers. But honestly, my favorite part of this career isn’t just carrying on the family tradition; it’s getting to meet amazing people like you and helping you start the next chapter of your story.
I’ve been working alongside my mom, Annette, as part of The O’Neil Group since 2019. Together, we’re a mother-daughter duo with deep roots in Windsor-Essex. We know the neighborhoods, the hidden gems, and the best spots to grab a bite—and we love helping our clients find their perfect match.
When I’m not busy with work, you’ll likely find me traveling and exploring. A passion of mine is to travel and immerse myself in how people live around the world, especially the design and architecture unique to each culture. Closer to home, I love checking out new restaurants, enjoying peaceful walks in beautiful parks, and going on scenic drives around Windsor-Essex with my husband, Jeremy, and our adorable Yorkie, Luna.

Her journey started when her dad asked her to help him launch his business brokerage company. That was the beginning of a successful career selling businesses. But Annette’s love for interior design and all things colorful pulled her toward residential real estate—and she’s never looked back.
For Annette, real estate is more than just work; it’s her passion. "I never get tired of looking at homes—I even do it in my spare time!" she says with a laugh. From helping first-time buyers to working with the next generation of loyal clients, Annette takes pride in the relationships she’s built. “Selling homes to the children of my past clients is the ultimate testimonial.
